Yes! This mix makes the simplest no-knead bread that is ready in just over an hour. (And that includes cooling time!)

Naan! Being gluten free should not mean going without that soft & pillowy bread in your life. Simply pat into shape, pan fry for a few minutes and it’s ready. (Prepared breads freeze wonderfully too!)

Mankeesh

This fluffy bread is quick to rustle up & full of flavor. Just for one. Measure 150 g mix & you’ve got a pan fried & broiled treat in no time. Top with zaatar or herbs of choice.




Enjoy pizza pockets again! Fill with your favorite sauce, cheese, vegetables or meats. One pack makes 8 calzoni or 4 large Stromboli.
