* Wheat-free, Vegan & Refined Sugar-Free Sticky Toffee Pudding.
(The classic cake now comes in a wheat-free version and is made with organic coconut sugar and organic maple syrup. The toffee sauce is derived from a touch of dates, organic coconut sugar and coconut milk that has been slowly caramelized.)
* Chocolate Butterscotch Cake
(For those that need more hits of cacao in their life. Who doesn’t! Not just any cacao; we use Belgian Cocoa Barry cacao in this cake. The tender cake is then enrobed in a light butterscotch sauce and served warm. Our cakes are nut-free friendly but some toasted chopped pecans on this one is not a bad idea!)
* Chocolate & Dark Stout Cake
(A new creation from a classic. I’ve been making Chocolate Guinness cake for 15 years for my clients. Now I work with local craft beer that contain notes of vanilla, chocolate & coffee. The result is a rich yet fluffy chocolate cake subtly scented with malt & hops. Every cake comes with its own light sauce for a restaurant-worthy last course. Whipped cream optional but highly recommended.)
